This page collects nothing about you. Data appears only when you write to us yourself — and then we need only what it takes to find the part and send you a quote.
Did you come from our newsletter? Where we got your address, what Brevo records and how to unsubscribe — in the Newsletter section.
Every line in this section is checked by our own code — if one of them stopped being true, the page would simply not be generated. So this page:
There is not a single link to someone else's server on this page — only links to our own pages. From the front page the destinations that lead outwards are WhatsApp (run by Meta), Telegram (run by Telegram Messenger), our email address and our phone number; each acts only when you tap it. The phone link only opens the dialler on your own phone — we are told nothing about the tap, and there is no counter behind it. Until you tap, we send nothing anywhere.
So from the page itself we do not learn who you are.
To reach you, this page travels through our hosting provider (Hostinger) and a network intermediary (Cloudflare). The connection itself is technically visible to them — IP address, time, browser type; your browser may also report network errors to Cloudflare. Those are their technical logs, not ours.
We do not copy your address into our own database. We do keep one technical field for an IP address, but it is filled only when our system is accessed with a service key — and those keys are held only by Detaline’s own services. Browsing this page, writing to us or using the app never puts your address there.
By writing by email you give us exactly as much as you type yourself. We keep:
What we do not do:
From time to time we send business customers a newsletter: we write about our services and solutions — for example, about the Detaline app on your phone. It has no other purpose: we do not send anyone else's advertising and we do not pass addresses on.
The letters are sent through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). We give it only what is needed to deliver the letter: the email address, the company name and the language.
In the newsletter we can see whether you opened the letter and whether you clicked a link in it. This is done not by our system but by Brevo — we have no tracking of our own installed. A small invisible image (a tracking pixel) is placed in the letter, and the links in it are rewritten so that a click first travels through Brevo and only then takes you where it promised. The link to this page is rewritten the same way, if the letter carries one. If that is exactly how you got here, that click has already been recorded.
This is recorded against the individual address, not only as a total: it shows when the letter was opened and which link was clicked. These records stay in the Brevo account.
Why we need it: we want to know whether the newsletter is worth continuing at all, and to stop writing to addresses that no longer work. We do nothing else with it — we build no profiles, we do not tie it to your browsing on our site, and we pass these records to no one.
We either found the address in publicly available sources, or we received it from you when you contacted us.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Write to dalys@detaline.lt — we will take you off the list and will not write again. You do not have to give a reason.
Only as much as it takes to answer the inquiry and fulfil the order:
| to an AI service (Anthropic) | so that we can work out from your free text and photo which part you need |
| to our email provider (Hostinger) | so that the message reaches you |
| to our newsletter service (Brevo / Sendinblue) | so that the newsletter reaches you |
| to the parts supplier | once a part is ordered — the recipient name and the delivery address |
| to the courier (Venipak) | to deliver the parcel |
| to the payment provider (NEOPAY) | to take the payment |
| to our accounting system (iTax) | to issue the invoice |
| to the European Commission VIES registry | to check a VAT number |
| to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) | if we look up the nearest pickup point from your address |
We have set no automatic deletion period: we keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as the order, the warranty and our accounts need them. Write to us — and we will delete everything that accounting rules do not oblige us to keep.
You may ask to see your data, to correct or delete it, and to object to the processing. Write to dalys@detaline.lt — we will answer. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may turn to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
If you use the Detaline app, it has its own, more detailed privacy section — about what the app itself remembers. This page does not cover it: that is a different surface and a different set of data.
